Interior and exterior selective demolition and renovation work within northern portion (approx 10,000 SF) of the existing Building to create three separate Commercial suites (mercantile, fitness room, and business occupancies), with a new core bathroom area, and renovated space to serve as the residential lobby for the adjacent new five-story apartment building (ref. Permit No. SPRMU220151). This permit seeks to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy for the three Commercial tenant uses: New Cafe/Coffe Shop was added to scope of work, tennant and building owner of the Cafe/Coffee Shop agreed to not cook any food products at all that contain grease latent vapors as part of this tennant finish permit for Unit 102A, and deferred from installing a Type 1 Hood because of this, also deferred from a Type II hood as Mechanical Engineer has designed ventilation for the little bit of steam and moisture from boiling water and other related products.
