VP legacy plan review: Steamboat Planning sysadmin - Jul 7 2021 9:57AM - BK to review sysadmin - Jul 8 2021 3:03PM - Per BK: Planning has the following comments on the building permit: 1. Demonstrate compliance with the Conditions of Approval from the Development Plan. See attached. I see that LEED is proposed. 2. The permit includes level 01 and 02 which were not a part of the Development Plan and, as such, cannot be approved at this time. Site plan and paving plan does not match approved DP. Some drawings note that this building is not a part while other drawings include it. 3. Lighting – Provide photometric plan. Also, what are the changes from the approved DP that were mention in our meeting the other day? 4. Elevations- a. Show elevations/materials for 2nd story as depicted and approved in the DP. sysadmin - Jul 19 2021 4:35PM - Per BK: Approval for core and shell only per Building Department’s approval conditions. sysadmin - Aug 9 2021 1:41PM - Addendum received 8/9/2021 OK per BK

VP legacy plan review: Mt Werner Water District sysadmin - Jun 15 2021 1:11PM - Hi Jon, In an effort to get you started on approval for the referenced building permits the follow items need to be addressed: 1. Fill out the attached Plant Investment Fee (Credit Form) for the original Gondola Building. After our review, these credits can be applied against the proposed improvements and fixtures for this SITE ONLY. Any leftover credits will go with the subject property and CAN NOT be applied to any other properties. 2. Complete the take off and fill out the attached Plant Investment fee form for the proposed structures and buildings. Supply back up information on take offs as needed to demonstrate quantity assumptions or questions. 3. Provide data on sheet 1A-P1-200 specifying water meter size (supplied by MWW and paid for by SSRC in PIF form). Provide/revise notes that the public water system must be protected from the fire suppression system with a Reduced Pressure (RP) backflow device. This is per CDPHE Regulations. Add an additional RP device on the domestic side also. It appears to be 3” diameter. Verify floor drain in proposed Meter and Riser Room is adequate to handle the discharges from these backflow devices. Review attached large meter installation diagram for integration and compliance as needed. Once these items are addressed we will be able to sign off on the subject building permits. Please call with any questions on this preliminary review. Regards, Richard sysadmin - Jul 6 2021 12:36PM - Jon and Jim, Attached are the PIF Water and Sewer fees for the referenced permit. Sarah and I have worked thru all the quantities and are in agreement on the final numbers. The credits shown herein will be carried forward to the other current projects. At this time, please pay the amount indicated for the new water meter fees only. Please stop in our offices with a check for the amount indicated and I will get this permit signed off. Regards, Richard sysadmin - Jul 12 2021 9:20AM - PIF fees paid 7/7/21
