4.3.24 ADDENDUM 1: We added you due to exterior changes per the narrative, thanks. Note from Todd Carr reviewing for building, Darby I noticed they are showing boulder walls on the structural addedum out in front of this building. see email i shot applicant below. Hi Everyone, Say, when you change the site plan and now are adding a bunch of boulder walls that are showing up on the structural sheets you submitted with this addendum, you have to now update your site plan or Civil Plans to match the structural sheets. Also you did not mention these extensive boulder walls in the narrative you provided us above. At this point it’s under review already, I have now added all reviewers instead of just adding the Building Department so City Planning, Engineering, and even Mt Werner to review, as these Boulder walls will cause you a lot of issues at the end of the project if these folks are not made aware now your adding them. Always best to make them aware even though the wall is exempt from a building permit, as these other Departments review all walls regardless of the height. They would deny your TCO at the end if we don’t make them aware now. Thanks, in the future on all residential and commercial projects that are adding any type of boulder wall at all regardless of height, will need a site plan update and be placed on the narrative. 2, Civil Utility Plans are not approved as the design layout of the water and sewer plans have changed at the direction of the contractors/owners. All revised civil plans must be downloaded for final approval. To save time on the applicants part, MWW recommends having the Civil Engineer submit hard copies for office review and redlines prior to downloading.
