1. B-21-745 complete all remaining work under this permit, door hardware installed and working properly including ADA power openers, permanent room signage throughout, complete sealing up all trade penetrations that go through fire assemblies, complete all kitchen work.
2. Complete and pass final electrical, plumbing and mechanical inspections parented to this building permit.

1. Door 161 needs a floor or hinge stop to stop the door just past 90 degrees, due to the door rubbing and staying open when it is fully opened.
2. K167 restroom has a mechanical exhaust fan with a switch on the ceiling, need to know if this suppose to run all the time, or why it's switched.
3. Add signage to changing rooms, note these are full of storage in two of the rooms so not sure if the room use needs to be changed, if so submit an addendum by Architect. Excess storage prevents access as well into these rooms, they must be cleaned up so the door will open a full 90 degrees, and access is allowed.

Fire Prevention
The Fire Dept. is ok with a TCO at KVC. The following 3 items must be accomplished prior to CO.
1. New pull stations in KVC are currently sending alarm signal to panel and monitoring. New pull stations are not triggering notification devices in building and needs that fixed.
2. Add general alarm Horn/Strobe outside southwest entrance to KVC that now has remote annunciator.
3. Reprogram Horn/Strobe over Fire Dept. Connection at southwest corner of building to activate on fire sprinkler flow only.
