Below Conditions left to complete prior to full CO approval, all spaces approved for TCO. 1. 3rd and 4th Floor Building A: All work completed except minor work related to interior doors, door hardware, must re-install exit door hardware to north side interior exit stairs and remove paint over door rating labels. Water Heater needs to be connected to outlet or junction box by the water heater to avoid the cord stretching over the door. Missing drinking fountain, and missing permanent exterior door and entryway. Building C has work left for permanent fixtures and lockers to be installed. Building F is approved except for floor drain inside of water heater room, this needs to be sealed around the floor drain. Must receive final As-Built plans for the mechanical work related to the commercial laundry room, for dryer exhaust configuration and make-up air to this room, the plans do not match the installation, have Mechanical Engineer review the dryer exhaust lines, draw up plans to match the work, and show where the dampers are installed which are gravity dampers inside the room, show insulation on dryer exhaust, then currently we have non-conditions make-up air coming into the room all the time through a wall louver, please have the Mechanical Engineer review this louver in the mechanical code and energy code. Include diagrams of how the dryer terminates outside with elbows pointing exhaust downward towards louvers, with distances above louvers.
