1. A drainage letter prepared by a licensed Colorado PE is required to determine whether proposed site design meets the overall intent of the master drainage study of Eagle’s Vista. 2. Site plan must show the receiving pervious area (RPA). The perimeter of the RPA will need to be delineated and flagged prior to construction to prevent any disturbance within RPA. 3. +3%/-3% driveway valley section is required 4. Grading shown on southwest corner inundating RPA shall be removed. 5. Drainage from the site needs to exhibit sheet flow prior to entering the RPA as required in the final plat. This includes all downspouts and other proposed drainage swales. Sheet flow is defined as stormwater that spreads out over a large area at a somewhat uniform depth that does not have defined channels. | |||
