Finance

Use Tax ReconciliationThe City of Steamboat Springs Finance department has approved a TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE (TCO/TCC) on this project. A construction use tax reconciliation is required within 90 days to be compliant with the City of Steamboat Springs Municipal Code AND before signoff for the FINAL certificate of occupancy/completion with the Routt County Building Department. This information is sent to the email listed in City View. Please forward this information to the appropriate person to get this completed timely.

Building Department

Building Department Conditions to be Completed: ESA must submit the full structural plans for the deck prior to any piers/footing work being done or inspected, currently we have not approved any work to begin on the deck/platform.

Planning Department

At the time of project completion, request certificate of occupancy inspections from the Department of Planning and Community Development to ensure the project has been built in accordance with the approved plans and the Community Development Code. The inspection may include but is not limited to general site planning and grading, landscaping and revegetation, outdoor lighting, parking and parking lot striping, retaining walls, building height and location, number of dwelling units, and consistency with approved building design.

Building Department

Final Approval Inspection Report or Letter from Dopplemeyer for Christie Lift Express to be provided to RCRBD.

Engineering

At the time of project completion, submit a Improvement Summary Letter or Completion Letter signed and sealed by the Engineer of Record to the associated Development Plan in CityView Portal against the applicable condition. Upon receipt of the letter, Engineering will review and perform a Final Site Inspection for the TCO/CO request.
