As previously requested, the plans need cleaned up and the response letter must align with the response letter.
1. The callout for the abandoned service for lot 6 is pointing to the ROW line and not the service tap.
2. The water service to lot 8 is showing as being bored. Why would you bore the 3/4" service?
3. There is a stray callout for the 4" SDR pipe that points to nothing.
4. A random sewer line is shown parallel to the existing sewer main. Remove it or identify what it is.
5. The "replace and repair" callout on the main does not align with the response letter and verbal conversations that the service is a direct tap. Note 4 states that the tap needs confirmed yet the letter states a direct tap.
Again, please do not submit again until all comments are addressed and the plans are reviewed for quality control and alignment with the response letter.

Why does the long service go from 6" to 4"?

Confirm if the existing service tap identified as being replaced and repaired is a full bodied wye or a saddle tap. A full bodied wye would need sectioned out of the main and repair couplings installed. Is this the intent? If so a bypass would need to be installed for the existing sewer main.
**The connection type and a bypass pumping plan must be provided (if necessary)

Per the Muni-code, joint sewer services are not allowed. The response letter states that the 6" line is a joint service line. The service line also starts with a 4" line then turns to 6". Correction 4 states that you do not want to stub to lot 7 but drawing shows lot 7 stub and connection to joint service line. If Lot 7 does not wish to be stubbed, that is fine but there is no room on the shown plan for future connection and future connection must be accounted for.

In response t o correction 2 question - why wouldn't you use the wye if it is working? Where is the service leaking? A cap will not fix a broken wye. If the wye is leaking at the connection of the service line, the service line can be pulled out and a new service installed.

Stray callouts are located all over the document and linework is not labeled. Are you installing the 6"/4" line right at the creek bank? Please clean up the plans and make sure everything follows city standards and is consistent prior to resubmittal.
