Please review and respond if these are truly penetrations through the wall in the basement, or under the slab, if they are wall penetration then review 2018 IBC Section 714 Penetrations, but specifically 714.4.1 Through Penetrations. Upon review provide me back a response by either stating which exception you meet under 714.4.1 or provide me back the Fire Assembly that will be installed in necessary, prior to calling for inspections.
