Prior to the City issuance of a construction permit associated with this application, the applicant shall provide a Final Draft to the City of the Steamboat Comprehensive Transportation Impact Analysis by McDowell Engineering that adequately addresses City Engineering review comments, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, pursuant to the City Engineer’s email dated February 19, 2022.
