Please correct door that is in the far southeast office that is rubbing on the carpet currently when the door is closed, then add all door hardware in terms of strike/latch plates on door jambs that are missing. 2. Install all ceiling tiles. 3. Schedule a mechanical final inspection when you schedule the next building final, we can then review the total CFMs being delivered to the new office once the units are adjusted and balanced. This small office space at about 140 SQ FT would only need around 45 CFM.

Mechanical Contractor who added the supply line to the new office that was created, did not apply for a Mechanical Permit, please apply for this permit. The Final Inspection has been completed today when I did the building final, however we must have a mechanical permit applied for and issued so we can enter our results.
