Copper piping to be tied to the existing copper piping in the corridors of level two and five • Remove existing balance valves on he domestic recirc system and replace with new circuit solvers. Mechanical Rooms • Remove existing water softener system and install new Thermostatic mixing valves. • Install new backflow preventer on the domestic cold main where it enters the building. Provide and install 6 pumps. • Remove existing galvanized pipe and replace with schedule 10 stainless steel and mechanical couplings. Piping insulation • Re-insulate all new piping with fiberglass insulation and pie shields.
