VP legacy plan review: Steamboat Planning sysadmin - Jun 5 2018 3:33PM - The following conditions of approval will need to be met prior to Building Permit issuance: 1. Authorization from Army Corps of Engineers is required prior to construction permit being approved for any phase of work impacting the wetlands. 5. The applicant, Steamboat Springs Redevelopment Authority, (“SSRA”) shall enter into agreements with the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel Condominium Association, Inc., (“Grand HOA”), Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation, (“SSRC”), and Save Arnold Barn, (“SAB”)prior to building permit issuance in order to guarantee the following project goals are achieved: a. Public access dedications for sidewalks, trails, and site improvements. b. Long term maintenance for all interpretive signs and drainage swales. c. Long term maintenance for site improvements including the barn and/or provisions for removal and reclamation of the site. d. For the duration of the project on the site, public access to the barn, sidewalks, trails and site improvements. 7. Project lighting shall be installed with timing technology and the applicant, Steamboat Springs Redevelopment Authority, (“SSRA”) shall enter into a development agreement with the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel Condominium Association, Inc., (“Grand HOA”), and Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation, (“SSRC”) to allow for future modification of the lighting schedule. sysadmin - Jun 5 2018 3:33PM - Civil construction plan approval is required prior to approval of construction permit. sysadmin - Jul 24 2018 2:43PM - The addendum and permit can be issued for Phase 1 only after the relevant agreements for Phase 1 as listed in conditions 5 and 7 below have been signed. 5.
