RCRBD approval is conditional under temporary structures for the walk-in-cooler and landing/staircase for the winter ski season of 21/22, the cooler and landing/stairs to be removed by May 1st, 2022, future construction work under permits next summer will reconfigure the landing and stairs, and the cooler will be completely removed.

Need to complete the fire intumescent application on the wooden ramp built to access the cooler, all other areas have been completed. Also need to fire caulk and seal up all penetrations through the exterior concrete wall related to the walk-n-cooler. Handrail installed on wood stairs is not approved, we need to have 1 1/2" clearance to wrap your hand around the handrail, currently only have 1" on both sides, extend this out or cut back the 2x6 top piece to allow handrail clearances.
