Work Description: Construction of the Lower Terminal Building for the Alpine Coaster for Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp. This will be a 2 story wood framed building on a concrete foundation. All of the site and grading work for this building has been included in a separate grading permit, permit #TB-16-198. This package includes the ADA compliant ramp. Please note that the electrical plans are being done by Wilder Engineering, and the mechanical plans are being done by Rader Engineering. We will be submitting these documents after we receive the final electrical/mechanical plans from the Alpine Coaster manufacturer. There is no anticipated plumbing for this project.
