We have reviewed your application, and offer these comment in advance that are relevant to future Building Permit application being applied for the following structures and buildings being proposed on the site: All Storage Sheds that exceed 120 SQ FT will be subject to a Building Permit, The ski jump will be subject to a permit, and the viewing deck will be subject a permit, currently all boulder walls are shown to be exactly 4 feet or less in height and therefore are exempt as long they don't exceed 4 feet in height. You may submit a single building permit application for all buildings and structures on this site, the application type you will choose will be called Accessory Building for this site. The adopted code to be used is the 2021 IBC as adopted by the City, please note there is a section for the detached sheds and viewing deck platform for shallow non frost protected, Section 1809.5 Frost Protection and the exceptions are listed under this section that may be applicable to your sheds, and deck platform if you want to review them.
