We are planning on building a triplex on this property and are closing on the property this week. We need a zoning letter for the insurance company to get issuance of the zoning endorsements. Here is what they request: If the completed letter shows the following which mirrors the first page of the Land Use & Site Development Project Summary Table from the Development Plan Set of drawings –Zoning CN – principal use – Multi-Family Residential, we should be good for our zoning endorsement. It would be very helpful if the second bullet point referred to the “proposed use” rather than “current use” since the property is vacant land, but that may be a stretch if the development plans have not yet been approved.
