The ski area has other unpermitted freestanding signage on multiple properties around the base area that make it impossible to permit any freestanding signage. A custom sign plan is recommended, with variances included, to allow the ski resort the ability to place the necessary number of freestanding signage (for directional, identification, temporary, or other purposes) for their unique ski area use.
