NWCC must be retained to observe bearing soils once all clay has been removed to projected depth of 2 to 4 feet, a report must be provided back to RCRBC of the observation work completed by NWCC stating they have approved the bearing soils found and have approved structural fill materials to be placed upon these bearing soils found, report due back before any footing or pad inspections being scheduled. Structural Plans Sheet S0002 Deferred Submittal Processes and Shop Drawings: Per the Structural EOR all deferred submittals shall be routed through the Architect of Record first for review and approval comments, then routed to the GC for review and approval comments, then submitted back to the Structural EOR for final review, then routed back to the AOR who willl be responsible to upload all RFI's, Deferred Submittals and Shop Drawings to the permit for RCRBD to review and approve, prior to the GC requesting any inspections to be completed on any of these items in the field. All Shop Drawings shall be submitted with calculations noted and signed and sealed by the EOR. Deferred Submittals per the Structural EOR are: Premanufactured wood trusses and their connections, Automatic Take-Up Tension Rod Ssytems at Wood Shear Wall Boundaries, Pre-fabricated stair units and their connections, Premanufactured hand/stair railing and their connections, Fall arrest systemms and ther connections to the structure. These 5 items have seperate conditions opene upon them, and this condition will be left open only for RFI's and a reminder to the process required to be taken on deferred submittals. Special Inspections Noted on Sheet S0005 related to Structural Steel, Concrete, Masonry, Wood and Foundations: Contractor shall maintaina all required passed or failed special inspection reports throughout the project, share these reports with the Structural EOR, and provide RCRBD a copy of the Final Conformance Report of all special inspections being completed on the project prior to TCO unless RCRBD needs to request reports sooner, all failed inspections that are critical or may required changes to the plans shall be reported to RCRBD as soon as possible throughout the project and share the corrected results with us as well.
