Provide the installation and implementation specifications for all sediment and erosion control measures. Include note stating, "Vehicle tracking pad must be 5-8" coarse aggregate underlain by geotextile material or FODs tracking mat or similar device installed per manufactures specifications. Roadway adjacent to project area shall be maintained free of mud and dirt and swept daily as needed."

Planning Department
At the time of project completion, request certificate of occupancy inspections from the Department of Planning and Community Development to ensure the project has been built in accordance with the approved plans and the Community Development Code. The inspection may include but is not limited to general site planning and grading, landscaping and revegetation, outdoor lighting, parking and parking lot striping, retaining walls, building height and location, number of dwelling units, and consistency with approved building design.
