The following is either missing, deficient from the SWMP or not compliant with Engineering Standards Chapter 8 SWMP requirements: SWMP description references Phase 1 to include Building 7, and internal roads, however, this is not reflected in the schedule on page 5. Revise project description and phasing schedule. Phasing plan does not appear to accurately depict the area of disturbances per phase, including slopes below Building 7. Please confirm that grading this slope will not occur. Section 1.5 Page 6: States, "some" off site work with appropriate controls is planned on the Ski Inn and Ski Trails Properties, as shown on the civil and landscaping drawings. Define "some" and identify where this work will occur. Identify temporary sediment basins A and C on site map. Reference civils identifying sediment basin volume, size, dimensions, soil stabilization method, outfall structure and discharge location. Note that ERBs shall be used on all slopes steeper the 3H:1V. Note if FODs are not used then aggregate tracking pads shall meet city Engineering Chapter 8 standards. Describe how Gondola Lane will be stabilized before November 1. Note in schedule when landscaping will be completed at building 7.
