Reviewer Comments:	Removal of existing unpermitted wood deck is approved, the existing retaining wall and stone patio are also approved as they were built at the time of original construction, however at that time the approved site plan did not show the accurate location of this retaining wall, the new site plans accurately displays the retaining the wall.
