Description of Work:

Lower Terminal • Owner provided boilers to be delivered to site. We will then install them on housekeeping pads poured by others once received. It is understood that they are in good working order without need for repair and/or replacement. Gas piping, domestic water make up water piping, and electrical wiring by others. • Provide and install (2) P-1/P-2 circulation pumps, (1) AS-1 air separator, (1) ET-1 expansion tank, and (1) GF-1 glycol feeder. Housekeeping pads and electrical wiring by others. • Provide and install (6) LVR louvers. Wall penetrations by others. • Provide and install (3) EF-1,2,3 exhaust fans. • Provide and install (6) UH-1/2/3/4/5/6 electric unit heaters with standalone thermostats. Electrical wiring by EC. • Provide and install (1) lot of ductwork and fittings as shown on the drawings. • Professional start up and check out upon completion of the installation. Mid-Station • Provide and install (6) LVR louvers. Wall penetrations by others. • Provide and install (4) EF-4/5/6/7 exhaust fans. • Provide and install (3) SF-1/2/3 inline supply fans Electrical wiring by EC. • Provide and install (7) GUH-1/2/3/4/5/6/7 gas unit heaters with standalone thermostats. Gas piping and electrical wiring by others. • Provide and install (1) ECH-1 electric ceiling mounted unit heater. • Provide and install (1) EWH-6 maintenance building restroom heater. • Provide and install (4) UH-2/3/4/5 electric unit heaters. • Provide and install (1) CUH-5 cabinet unit heater. • Provide and install (1) lot of ductwork and fittings as shown on the drawings. • Provide and install all grills registers and diffusers as detailed. • Professional test and balance upon completion of the installation. Sprung • Provide and install (3) LVR louvers. Wall penetrations by others. • Provide and install (3) EF-1/2/3 exhaust fans. • Provide and install (4) CF-1/2/3/4 ceiling circulator fans. Electrical wiring by EC. • Provide and install (1) TF-1 transfer fan. • Provide and install (5) EWH-1/2/3/4/5 electric wall heaters. • Provide and install (1) UH-1 electric unit heater. • Provide and install (4) CUH-1/2/3/4 cabinet unit heaters. • Provide and install (1) AHU-1 Air handling unit. • Provide and install (1) lot of ductwork and fittings as shown on the drawings. • Provide and install all grills registers and diffusers as detailed. • Professional test and balance upon completion of the installation.
