Work Description: An emergency repair to the concrete parking garage structure owned by Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation. A concrete beam and column have experienced significant deterioration resulting in the reinforcing steel to be exposed. We are proposing to repair the beam to the exact same shape and size. Due to complicity and structural needs, the column will enlarge from a 14 inch by 14 inch to an 18 inch by 18 inch column. Both of these repairs need to happen as soon as possible as exposure to weather could lead to further deterioration.
