All units are three story or less IRC single family town homes, which fall under the RCRBD code adoption not requiring Fire Sprinkler Systems and Monitored Fire Alarm Systems. We are not planning to install Fire Sprinkler Systems on this project, and we will be providing live voltage combo smoke/CO detectors within each unit. The design documents were originally submitted noting the units were to have Fire Sprinkler Systems installed, which the design team has since revised with recent resubmittals issued to RCRBD.
