approved to move forward with only demolition work in terms of removing non-bearing interior walls and existing ceiling tiles and grid work, no new construction approved and no removal of any structural walls, beams, columns, or floor ceiling members under this permit. Call for final inspection of demo work once it's completed so we can then close out this permit prior to issuing the building permit for new work.
