This permit has been reviewed under section 3103 of the IBC for what is considered a temporary dining/seating accessory structure, not a building. The structure is placement does not affect egressing pathways on the rooftop deck, egressing from this dining/seating structure is not reviewed by building codes as it's not a building, same is true of accessiblity and Ski Corp has provided a letter stating they are responsbile for providing other accomodations for seating within the approved dining halls, bars, and rooftop areas. Ski corp has committed to removing snow from the barrels per the Engineers letter. An Electrical Permit will be applied for to connect the power source to the dining/seating structure. Clearances to combustibles from existing outdoor gas fire pits must be field inspected and confirmed, however Ski Corp has submitted a site plan stating placment of the structures has been reviewed and confirmed before completing the site plan.
