Reviewer Comments:	VP legacy plan review: Routt Building sysadmin - May 6 2020 1:22PM - Plan review process started sysadmin - May 8 2020 9:17AM - Hi Eric and Etienne, On the Bear Claw office remodel, the two restrooms getting reconfigured did not appear to be ADA complaint as existing, however will they be in the new proposed plans, it does not appear so. Do they not need to be would be my question, are there staff restrooms that are ADA complaint elsewhere, if so where are they located. There may be some flexibility per the Existing Building Code but would need more information to determine this.
