[Amy Camilletti @ 12/19/2022 9:41 AM] Refund use tax deposit to Gieger Glass at the end of the project once Ali submits receipts showing city sales tax was collected and remitted under their retail sales tax account for Gieger Glass retail license # 142530. It's important to look at who actually paid the use tax deposit before refunding to ensure the refund goes to the correct party. Trinity pulled these permits on behalf of Gieger Glass because Trinity has a contractor's license. Gieger Glass is the one doing the work and billing the customer. 12/19/22 Amy Camilletti
