It appears that there are multiple owners of the Gondola Square Condos property. Please provide information that indicates that ownership group is aware of this permit and that the owners agree to an application being processed on their property.

Freestanding signs P2A3 and P2A4 appear to be within the promenade easement and are not allowed within the easement. Provide a site plan that shows relevant ownership, property, use, and easement lines. If signs are to be located within the promenade easement, provide information that indicates signs can be allowed within that easement.
