Work Description: Construction of a single story non-heated structure to house the bull wheel structure for the Alpine Roller Coaster at the Steamboat Springs ski area. This structure will not have any occupants in at on a regular basis. It is an open front, non-heated structure and will not have any mechanical, plumbing, or electrical. Steamboat Engineering and Architectural Design, Inc. will be conducting all of the required special inspections for the helical piles.
